About eCareScribe
The AI medical scribe and healthcare AI agent family behind primary care practices, specialty groups, multi-specialty operations, FQHCs, and EMR vendor partners across the United States.
Our mission
We believe clinicians should spend more time with patients and less time documenting. Every eCareScribe agent is built to remove documentation, call-handling, triage, and coding friction from the clinical day — without forcing clinicians to learn a new app or change the EHR they already use.
What we build
eCareScribe is part of the broader Medarch ecosystem alongside eCareHealth, eCareLTC, eCareMD, eCareComply, eCareRevenue, and more. Each product is built to interoperate through FHIR APIs and modern data exchange standards so a multi-product Medarch deployment composes cleanly.
How we work
We embed with customers from kickoff through go-live and beyond. Our implementation team includes clinical informaticists, specialty coders, RAF analysts, and integration engineers — not just software developers. Practice customers go live in 1–2 weeks; multi-state networks in 4–6 weeks.
Compliance & security
eCareScribe is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type II audited annually by an independent CPA firm. We sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements with every customer, encrypt PHI at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), enforce role-based access with mandatory MFA, and pen-test annually. Customer PHI never trains general-purpose AI models without explicit, opt-in consent.
Audit defensibility
Every coding suggestion is RADV-defensible by construction. Every HCC recommendation links to MEAT-supported chart evidence. Every drafted note is reviewed and signed by a clinician. The audit binder, six-year retention, and per-encounter evidence trail are not features — they are the foundation.
